Novelika

This has to be one of my best experiences on Novelika. this was an international shipment from the seller to the USA. It got lost in the mail, and the Seller took it upon themselves to send me a replacement free of charge. I attempted to pay for the shipping for the replacement item, and they insisted they pay for it. I don't know of many businesses in the world that would do that. But they did! and their communication was fantastic throughout the experience as well. And the product was fantastic!

The drum itself is of good quality, the tuning pegs are very very fantastic quality and the gig bag is very beautiful . I already have spare gig bags, but finding pakhawaj-sized tuning pegs sold separately is very difficult. Contacted the novelika support about this, great response, they replied me immediately and send me another on the next day, A very nice drum. Attention to detail is important, not every western customer is ignorant about Indian instruments. Thank you Novelika and your Great Customer support .

I bought this lock on a whim because it is very interesting. I ultimately gave it to a friend’s wife and she loves it. Thank you for the expedient shipping.

Package arrived in good condition and well wrapped and within the stated time. All the parts and accessories are present and they works as they should. I've already taken them to the pond and run them with the grandson. He had great fun. Some warnings are in order, there is a flame and the top surfaces gets hot. These are open top and metal, without care, they can be swamped and sunk quickly. Ask me how I know.

I used the brass fog horn for a bellow powered fog horn as was made in the mid 1800's. It works good.. Great Job A++++++
